I truly recommend Saplings Coffee Roasters! This place is easily a 5-star experience from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is incredibly unique—they have beautifully preserved the old Atta Chakki (flour mill) area, blending that rustic, historical charm with a modern coffee house vibe. It gives the place such a warm, authentic character that you just don't find elsewhere. The highlight of the visit was definitely watching the live roasting! Seeing the process firsthand added a whole new layer of appreciation to the cup I was drinking. You can tell they take their craft seriously. On top of the amazing coffee and ambiance, the owner is one of the friendliest people you'll meet. They were so welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do.

I recently visited Saplings Café and had a really warm and relaxing experience. The place has such a cozy vibe that it instantly feels comfortable. The interior are aesthetic and give a nice trendy cafe feel without being over the top. Their brunch was fresh and genuinely enjoyable especially if you like light cafe meals.
